Covid 19 Statement Regarding Future Performances and Events
March 13, 2020
Update 3/16 @ 7:00pm
We are committed to the safety of our patrons, performers, staff and volunteers. We will follow all State and Federal regulations and the recommendations of our health community. As such, our current FVSO concerts, Youth Orchesta events, and Outreach programming must remain on hold until further notice. As news changes and restrictions lift, we will update our calendar and look to reschedule our events, where possible. In some instances, events will need to be cancelled with no rescheduled date planned. We will make these decisions on a case by case basis as the weeks progress.
Ticket holders can request a refund from the original point of purchase (Ticketmaster or P.A.C. Box Office) and should receive their refunds within 10 business days if paid by credit card. If paid by any other method, ticket holders will receive a check within 10 business days.
Please consider NOT requesting a refund of your tickets and instead consider this a donation to the Orchestra as we all try to navigate these times together. Please email info@foxvalleysymphony.com to make a donation, or visit our website to make an online donation.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to ensure good health for everyone involved in our programs and performances.

Notice to Youth Orchestra Families
As you know, the global outbreak of COVID-19 has had an unprecedented impact on all of us around the nation and in the Fox Cities. As both a performing arts group and an educational organization, our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our students and our audience.
As such, we’ve had to make some incredibly hard decisions.
We are canceling all youth events planned for the rest of our season. This is disappointing for us, as I’m sure it is for all of you. But with the schools and colleges making similar decisions, we really feel it is our responsibility to put the health of our students above all else. Where adults are free to make their own decisions, our students must look to us to make the decisions for them.
We were looking to reschedule these events for later dates, but as it currently stands, Lawrence is closing their campus to all events through June and UWO through May. As such, we are not planning a reschedule at this time.
We will be happy to refund any concert tickets purchased to this point, but we would also ask that you consider offering this as a donation to the organization, as canceling our concerts will have a large impact on our program.
Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions. Again, we are so sorry for this disappointment to all those on and off stage.
