20-21 Update and Single Tickets:
Given our current situation with COVID-19, and in an effort to keep our musicians and audience safe, we will not be having a full season with all our musicians and our large audience. Instead, we are planning a series of small chamber orchestras around our community, most in church settings. We do hope you can join us for these events, and you will be able to sign up on our website for each.

It is also our intention to return to the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center in April for our Cirque de la Symphonie event!

Tickets for our On the Town series are just $25 each and we are limiting our audience to 70 people. You can sign up for tickets to our first event on our concerts page!

Ways we are making this safe:
- Smaller orchestras
- Smaller audiences
- Socially-distanced seating for both
- Masks required for ALL (audience and musicians)
- Temperature checks at the door

Our concerts each month will be dependent on current community restrictions and limitations. With this in mind, we may need to cancel or reschedule our events in order to comply with any new guidance we receive. If this happens, there will be a full refund of any tickets purchases.

If you are a current Season Ticket holder, you have a few options moving forward. Most importantly, whether you have placed your renewal for the 20-21 season or not, please know that you will NOT LOSE YOUR SEATS for the 21-22 season! Your assigned seats will be waiting for you in the spring for the Cirque de la Symphonie concert and into next season in the fall of 2021. We will always contact you if we ever have any questions about your seats or your account status, so please know your reservations are safe and we appreciate your ongoing commitment!

Option #1: You can donate to the FVSO
This is a challenging time for many nonprofits and arts organizations, and we are no exception. By donating the value of your season tickets to the FVSO, you help us remain strong and facilitate our On the Town series and ensure a strong return to our stage as soon as spring. We would appreciate your support, if you are able.

Option #2: You can get a full refund for your 20-21 season package If you submitted your season ticket order in the spring of this year, we are happy to refund the full amount. If you used a credit card, the order will be credited back to the same account. If you paid by check, we will issue a refund by mail.

Option #3: You can get a refund of the four classical concerts, but you keep your Cirque de la Symphonie tickets
We hope you are able to join us for our big return to our home base at the Fox Cities P.A.C. We can't wait to share the magic of Cirque with you and your family!

Option #4: You can donate the value of the four classical concerts, but you keep your Cirque de la Symphonie tickets
The value of refunded tickets cannot be directly applied to a new purchase for events in the On the Town Concert series, as those events are in a different venue, utilizing a different ticketing system.

The Fox Cities P.A.C. ticket office will contact you soon to discuss these options and help you with your account. If you ever have any questions about your season tickets, you can always call the ticket office at (920) 730-3760 or email tickets@foxcitiespac.com.

Thank you so much for your support of the Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra, and we hope to see you soon at our On the Town Concert series as well as our Cirque de la Symphonie performance in April. Until then, stay safe and healthy!
