Big Arts in the Little Apple challenges students to explore the intersection between music and the visual arts. Through this exciting community collaboration, over 900 students are introduced to a selected piece of music and respond through the creation of visual art. That artwork is now on display! Check out the incredible creativity from students across our community at 23 locations this Spring. Thanks to our many partners and supporters for making these incredible and empowering experiences possible for our next generation of community leaders. Especially, Appleton Area School District, U.S. Bank, SECURA Insurance, Appleton Education Foundation, Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region (Bright Idea Fund and Infant Welfare Circle), Heid Music, School Specialty, and Richeson School of Art & Gallery.

A huge thank you to all of the Super Sinfoniacs that are gearing up for their hilarious and heart-felt performance when Sinfonia Saves the Day this Saturday, March 16th. If you haven't gotten your tickets yet, click over to www.foxvalleysinfonia.org/tickets. Sinfonia is the largest annual fundraiser for Fox Valley Symphony Orchestra and the Fox Valley Symphony Youth Orchestras which takes around 60 community members that have no experience on an instrument, gives them a handful of lessons and plops them on stage for a night of 'awfully good music' for a great cause.
